Return Policy

You can return Dan John products purchased online, for any reason, within 30 days of receiving the goods.

To return the goods and obtain a refund, it is necessary that the products are in new condition, with the tags and labels applied and in its original packaging. We can not make a refund if the products are not in the conditions described above.

During promotional periods and sales, the Company reserves the right to refuse exchanges. It will be possible to request a refund.

The refund will appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days. Please note that refund times depend on your card issuer and are beyond our control

CHANGE IN STORE:

  • Make sure the products are in good condition again with all labels attached and take with you the pro-forma invoice that was attached to your package.
  • Go to one of our stores: https://danjohn.com/pages/store-concept-locator.
  • Show one of our sales staff the pro-forma and products to get a change Size or contextual product.
  • No monetary refunds are allowed in the store.

RETURN BY COURIER:

1) ITALY

  • Start your return procedure by sending an e-mail to:supporto@danjohn.com indicating the code and size of the item you wish to return.  indicating the article number and size you wish to return. If you choose a size exchange, we also need to know which size you intend to receive. You should also provide us with a date and address that we can use to send the courier to pick up the parcel. The "easy return" operation with item replacement is completely free of charge, instead the monetary refund involves a 5€. deduction. The service charge will be deducted from the total amount of the return. The cash-on-delivery refund will be made by bank transfer within 15 days of receipt of the return at our warehouses, after notification via e-mail of the customer's bank details.
  • Prepare the package by placing the items in new condition with tags attached and the proforma invoice received in the packaging received, highlighting on this the items you intend to return.
  • Attach the return label to the outside of the package and give it to the courier.
  • Once we have received the package in our warehouse, we will notify you as soon as possible of the response. If the condition of the goods corresponds to that indicated, we will immediately initiate the procedure to send you the new item you have indicated as a replacement or make a refund.

Remember to use a shipping service with tracking or insured goods, we disclaim any responsibility regarding the arrival of the goods at our warehouses.

Remember that it is necessary for the goods to be in like-new condition with original packaging, otherwise they must be returned to you incurring on your behalf the cost of redelivery and the refund will not be made.

We do not accept products sent with charge to the recipient. We reserve the right to refuse returns on the basis of special promotions/discounts.

For specific areas and countries outside the EEC, shipments may be delayed due to customs blocks. Delivery times shown do not take into account such blockages. Dan John is in no way responsible for blockages due to payment of customs duties as each country has its own import/export trade regulations. Customs duties are levied by the individual country's customs office, so we are unable to provide and prevent the relevant amounts, please contact your country's customs office for more information. The payment of these import taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer, who must pay the relevant amount at the time of delivery. If the customer is unwilling to pay these charges, the shipment cannot be delivered and will be returned to the sender by charging the customer return shipping costs. Dan John cannot refund any amount related to customs duties or import taxes.
